We function as one of 54 State-level parent teacher associations affiliated with the National PTA Aside from the fifty traditional state offices, there is Washington DC, the US Virgin Islands, Pacific Congress (PCAPTS), and the European PTA (European Congress). Our office is located in the Vogelweh Elementary School building 1181 Room K3, in the annex that is down the hill to the West from the main school building. Our office manager is Sheryl Fonseca.

Directions to European PTA Office
A6: Exit #15, Kaiserslautern-West. Follow signs to Vogelweh, this will put you on B270 south. Stay on B270 until you come to a stop light, continue thru stop light staying on B270, you will pass under a White foot bridge, stay in the left lane and turn left at the 2nd road pass the foot bridge. This is 4th Ave. which will take you up the hill to the guard shack. Once thru the gate take you will come to a traffic circle. Take the third exit and continue on to the next traffic circle. Take the third exit on the circle and drive past the school (on your right). Just past the main gate of the school you will see a small parking lot on your right. Park there and take the sidewalk down the hill to Building 1181 room K3 which is a small building next to the Vogelweh Elementary School.
