RECOGNITION AWARDS
As we look to the close of this school year, there is no doubt you have people on your board who you would like to recognize for their accomplishments during the year. Recognition of a job well done is an important part of PTA and volunteerism.
One way to bestow meaningful recognition on those who have supported your organization is with an Honorary Life Membership Award or a Distinguished Service Award. Both of these awards are available through the European PTA.
The ECAPTS Honorary Life Membership Award may be given to individuals who have given long-standing service to their local PTA unit. A donation of $50.00, which is designated to the European PTA Scholarship Fund, confers this honor. A certificate and pin will be issued to the recipient.
The Distinguished Service Award may be given to individuals whose volunteer service stands out as deserving special merit. A donation of $100.00, which is designated for the European PTA Scholarship Fund, confers this award. A pin and plaque will be issued.
These awards can be conferred during your school’s volunteer recognition ceremony, at a local board meeting, or during the European PTA convention.
