BY-LAWS

Our by-laws chair reviews European PTA and National PTA by laws and makes recommendations for review by the board and approval by delegate vote at our annual state PTA convention. In addition, our by-laws chair reviews by-laws submitted from local PTAs and PTSAs for European PTA and NPTA requirements, provides advice back to local units where required, and makes recommendations for acceptance or denial to the European PTA board.
